How involved do I need to be in the process?

As much as you would like to be. Some customers want a complete hands off experience and for that I just provide you with updates along the way. Some customers would like to be more involved and I'm happy to accommodate that as well.

Why pay you to sell my car if I can just sell it myself?

Sure you can take your car to Carmax, Carvana, or sell it to a dealer but you are leaving thousands of dollars for them to profit when reselling your car. Or you can list it yourself and deal with the headache of time wasting buyers, lowball offers, potential scams, and the unknowns of the process.

The vehicles I sell ALWAYS significantly beat Carmax or dealership offers. My network of buyers are more competitive than the wholesale values you would get from dealers and you can count on my ability to find the right private buyers at maximum value of your vehicle.

What if I still have a loan on the car I'm selling?

No problem at all. As long as you are not severely underwater I can still get the vehicle sold for you. The only extra step on your end is being available to meet the buyer at your bank to pay off the loan and release the title.

What if I don't have the funds to buy the vehicle I want?

I have a collection of lenders and credit unions I've worked with in the past who offer very competitive auto loans. You do need to ensure you are pre qualified for a set amount before I start the search and acquisition process.

What if my car needs work in order to sell it?

I will consult with you on what repairs are necessary and cost-effective and what would be better off leaving as is. Basic repairs I can do for you myself at a discount compared to having a mechanic do them. For more advanced repairs, I work closely with a 5 star ASE Certified shop and will facilitate necessary repairs in order to sell.

If a good detail is all it needs, I offer a complete professional interior and exterior detail for $100.

How do I know I'm getting a good deal on my car? 

My goal is always to treat your transaction the same way I would treat my own, meaning the best deal available in a reasonable time frame!  All my customers have reported netting more for their car than if they did it themselves. 

How do I know my vehicle is safe with you?

This is a small single owner local business and you will meet me in person. I also provide a written signed contract explaining the terms of service. You are required to maintain your insurance on the vehicle until it is sold to ensure the vehicle is covered.
